In that case, lemme explain:

First of all, you are not a scouted user. What that means is, your songs can't even be downloaded as of now, as you are not considered a "complete" user of Newgrounds yet (some already scouted user has to... wait, lemme actually do it for you.). This was to prevent people from posting songs that weren't theirs just so they could use it in Geometry Dash. Unfortunately, it didn't exactly work... or whatever, I've been here only for about a year.

Now the more important part is that any user who's signed to Newgrounds later than... some day of some year (I don't exactly remember what date, but it was like 2-3 years ago I think) will NOT be able to use their songs in Geometry Dash UNLESS allowed to do so by RobTop himself.

So, if you really really care about using your songs in Geometry Dash, you'd have to pm RobTop and get into the... whitelist, I think people call it. It's all because thanks to Geometry Dash people started seeing Newgrounds as a site purely for the game's purposes, when the audio subsite was still meant as a place for musicians to post their work, just like SoundCloud etc. (and people still post tons of unoriginal content which gets taken down.)

I think it should have been written in a more accessible place. I had to do some research myself to get this info. It's written somewhere in the forums, if you Google it, I'm sure you can find more about it if you're interested.
